Doctor Yamanoue (山之上博士 Yamanoue Hakase) is Mars creator in the series Jetter Mars, he is a scientist who wants to create robots for warfare. Dr. Yamanoue's design is reminiscent of the Astro Boy character Dr. Tenma

Story[]
Doctor Yamanoue wanted to create a powerful robot for warfare purposes, however, after several failures, he was forced to ask Dr. Kawashimo to create a reliable AI for his robot model. With this, Mars is then born. Around the series, Dr. Yamanoue never stops putting Mars in training in order to make him a reliable weapon, however, Mars is too playful and mainly thinks about playing than serving his duties. One day, Dr. Yamanoue was testing a gravity weapon with his peers, unfortunately, it was too dangerous, and it killed everyone there.
